Ultima Collection

Ultima is a restaurant in South Harbour, in the center of Helsinki. It is an experiment about changing peoples’ relationship to food through innovative cuisine, design and hyperlocal production of food. At Ultima we explore how architecture, design and art can be used to help people reimagine their relationship to food. The aim of the ecology of objects we designed is to engage people in inspiring critical and creative discussion about the future.
